Located in Vadodara's industrial core, this 15,000 sq.ft. facility for a corrugated packaging manufacturer balances production efficiency with a refined office environment across a 10,000 sq.ft. plot. The rectangular volume is oriented with its shorter face east and longer face north, optimizing daylight while minimizing heat gain.

The plan divides into two zones — office at the front, production at the rear — linked by a central circulation core. The production wing rises Ground+2, while the office wing spans Ground+1. A ground-floor reception separates the staff office to the north from the director's cabin to the south, with a first-floor conference room flanked by two additional cabins above.

Full-height glazing and a linear balcony animate the east facade, drawing daylight deep into the workspace. Projecting masses with integrated planters soften the industrial expression, while a minimalist material palette of white laminate, teak-finished wood, and grey terrazzo defines clean, functional interiors.
